I joined ByteDance on December 1, 2021.
The studio was not yet mature, but the experience of the colleagues was very rich and it was a very good team with various experiences.
Maybe that’s why… It’s been 6 months since I joined the company, and I was awarded this prestigious award.
I think it’s even more surprising that I received this award along with my colleague Christian, whom I talked to the most after joining this company. Thanks to Christian, who surprised me the most while working in China for 7 years, I was able to adapt well to the company, and I was able to work very happily and with enthusiasm.
